公司以創(chuàng)新為驅(qū)動力，組建了一支以國際知名的腫瘤分子生物學家曹德良博士為技術(shù)核心的高學歷、經(jīng)驗豐富的研發(fā)隊伍，致力于體外診斷試劑產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)化。目前，已建立完善的磁微?；瘜W發(fā)光技術(shù)、時間分辨熒光免疫分析技術(shù)、酶聯(lián)免疫技術(shù)、抗原制備技術(shù)、多克隆抗體制備技術(shù)、單克隆抗體制備技術(shù)、抗體耦聯(lián)技術(shù)和磁微粒耦聯(lián)技術(shù)等核心研發(fā)技術(shù)平臺。公司與南華大學建立深度技術(shù)合作，是南華大學的創(chuàng)新研究院和產(chǎn)學研基地，并與國內(nèi)外多所知名高校、研究院和醫(yī)院建立了技術(shù)合作關(guān)系。
